I've been going to Sanborns for 30+ years and have had many cars repaired there. I buy most of my gas there. Over the years they have come to my house when the car wouldn't start, they've come to where I was broken down by the side of the road. They are a family run operation and very fair, honest and pleasent to deal with.

well, prepare to leave your vehicle, or bring a good book! The owner keeps an eye on every job, and dances around the garage staying on top of everything and every one. And, he tries very hard to accommodate every customer and squeeze them on to the schedule; which is great if you are that customer. If he finds something unexpected when servicing your vehicle, he does his best to repair that (with your okay), on the spot "so you don't have to be coming back" - but doesn't "over Fix". Great People.

As I said above - all work is done professionally with no hidden costs or gouging. I trust Ralph 100%. I love my car and want it to last as long as it possibly can since wagons like that are no longer available. Ralph isn't trying to make BIG SALES --- he's always candid about what needs higher quality and what other things will be fine with less expensive parts. Customer Service is not a meaningless phrase!
