They have always been very accommodating when I swing in with a random question about my car's health and they are conservative and helpful in their response. They have even gone out of their way to help when I've been caught out on the road with vehicle issues.
I do a lot of driving and it gives me great comfort to know that my car is well-taken care of.
Able to get it and get worked on quickly while I waited. They were able to spot bad tie rod ends BEFORE doing the alignment, and the parts house was walking distance across the lot (handy and fast). Showed me what was going on when car up on lift.
The alignment was the best ever done on the car. The car now just ROLLS so much better. Im sure I am using far less gas, and notice I don't have to lug the car along. It just goes smoothly.
This after getting alignment at the dealer less than a year ago!
Recommend highly.
