Very well. Bob was a good communicator and always relayed when he would be there and what he was doing. The project went so smoothly. I never worried once during the process. I did give him pictures and he responded well to ideas and also had good ideas of his own. This was a project that was so worthwhile doing, we have enjoyed its benefits immensely

Mr.Drouin was the first to come and discuss project and produce quote. I gave him photos of how I wanted the porch to appear. We were not around to supervise and when it was almost complete we saw it and were thrilled that appeared almost exactly like the photos but even better. He was listening to what we wanted and completed it quickly and professionally. I felt very comfortable having him work there without us present. I think that is a first and we are already planning future projects.
