Tom was responsive, friendly and knowledgeble. Plus, he told me about a hybrid electric water heater that I had no idea existed. I bought one and he installed that too! Now my hot water comes 2.5 times more efficiently and cheaply than a regular electric water heater. Very satisfied with Tom's work and his friendliness.

He came with his brother and they put in a walk in tub for us.
Did a good job with the pluming and he replaced the walls and did some framing
around the tub. Very good work. Small bathroom so it was a job in doing it.

Tom Cotter helped with the complete renovation of my master bath, he performed all of the plumbing and also helped with the whole renovatio project. He is very knowledgeable and a jack of all trades!

I called Tom for an estimate and he showed up the very next day. He performed all of the plumbing work needed, and also helped the builder/tile contractor with the heavy lifting. He was a gem!
