They were on-time & thorough. However, they did not complete asphalting the complete sidewalk in front of my house. I called and asked them to complete it, but it is now almost a year later and they never came by to complete it after multiple calls. Also 9 months after the asphalting, a delivery truck created 2 gouges in the asphalt. It should have been cured by then so no gouges should have been made. When I called to see if they could come by and determine if they could fix it (and the landscapers whose truck made the gouges said they'd pay), Robert said they would come by, but never did. I have called and emailed with Robert either saying they'd come by and never did or he just ignored the request. I think they did good work, the pavers in the entry sidewalk look lovely, but they don't seem to want to do any customer service or stand by their work. Therefore, I would not recommend them.

Crew showed up on time and did a very nice job. I was able to discuss the layout change, and they were able to adapt to the change. They were very easy to work with and when done, left the job site clean and neat. I am going to use them again for another job

Called DSM Paving & Masonry to schedule an appointment for a quote. Robert showed up on time and was very polite and courteous. We had many questions for him and he answered everything with a lot of prior experience. From that point we scheduled the installation of a new lengthy driveway.  Him and his crew showed up on time and put the driveway in ahead of schedule. One year later the driveway is still looking great and we're very satisfied with the result. Roberts professionalism and efficient crew are highly recommended.
