Small Appliance Repair
I had Whirlpool (my service contract provided) send me a repairman from another company. That man said there was NOTHING WRONG with the bearing. He gave me valuable tips to deal with the smelly water (which is affected by the hard water and HE detergent). This man really solved the problem and saved me $1,094. He also told me how to tell if the bearing was shot. Either the A&E representative was grossly incompetent or he deliberately tried to sell me a repair that wasn't needed. I will never use A&E again.
