Nightmare! Paid top dollar for atrocious install. See my photos. Everything they did other was wrong. Did not cut planks to fit moldings. Just squared off with open gap. EVERY transition piece they installed and fixed and reinstalled came loose and popped up. Riser step pieces popped right off again and again because they did not use adhesive. They neither consulted nor advised me about not using adhesive. They were responsive and amenable as far as fixing mistakes but their fixes were only temporary. Nothing they fixed stayed fixed. I have extensive photo documentation of this amateurish install.
