 + 0 moreCraig has done work on our house for several years. He is always prompt and always does excellent work even when we think that his standards are somewhat high. He has replaced windows, repaired rotted wood, rebuilt stairs, installed tin ceilings, painted, removed a large stained glass window and installed a clear window, installed flooring and other changes and repairs to our 1830s home. I am always impressed by the fact that he does not ever waste materials. He also clearly explains his estimates and immediately reports any unforeseen issues as they arise.
Description of Work: We are out of state for the winter. Craig went to our home to check on basement and other issues. He found water in the basement and solved the issue which was from a water pipe. He took care of some other issues from snow and repaired a lattice around the porch that had been damaged by heavy snowbanks. Craig purchased the materials, called us with a clear description of the needed repairs, and made arrangements for another house check.
