Description of Work: Convertible top replacement was an unprofessional hack job!!! Bemis upholstery told me he would use the same materials/top manufacturer as Volvo...........NOT!!! The top did not even function anymore as he bent a switch under the top when attempting replacement. The top buzzer was sounding and the rear defroster was inoperative all due to the bent switch (Volvo dealership repaired the next day). That was not the worst of it as the guy walked on my soft leather interior with boots and he attempted to pry my top with some sort of tool leaving many marks in the cars interior. Instead of zipping the liner back in he used glue and two-sided tape destroying my liner. This cheap top was cracking at the plastic hooks that hold the top to your car from the time I left this guys business (Top broke away in a few months). He took no responsibility and had no insurance, was not a licensed business with the state, and had many liens on his properties. I actually had to take this business to small claims for the damages and Bemis Upholstery was found guilty on all counts for the damage he caused, it took several years and me finally putting liens on his properties to finally get some of my money back! He was even found guilty of disorderly conduct at the court house ((jack-a**). This business was unbelievably incompetent and it was proven in court.
