Priority Pump LLC performed the replacement of a pressure tank for my well. They were very informative in the initial project discussions and extremely forthcoming with options available to me. They were very open with pricing options over the phone and scheduling the work was handled very quickly. I was extremely satisfied with the project work that was completed and Priority Pump LLC provided the best value for money of the three contractors I contacted to perform the work. Water pump stopped working last night as we were doing dishes - called several places and Scott from Priority Pump said he could be here first thing in the morning - between 7-8 am. He was here just before 7 am - by 9:15 he was done. While the actual failure was just a frayed wire at the pump and we could have just done that and saved $$ - it was better to just replace our 22 year old well pump now instead of several months down the road when it finally does fail. Thank you Scott!

I was very pleased with all aspects of the work. Scott got here very quickly after the call, diagnosed that the problem was in the well, not the house and had the old pump pulled up and replaced in a couple of hours. Turned out that the problem was not with the pump, but 23 years of the pump twisting as it started up had broken on of the wires going down the well to the pump. I felt it was prudent to have a new pump installed rather than hoping the old pump itself wouldn't fail. All in all it was a much more pleasant experience than it could have been.

I live in Bedford, NH and Scott came to my home and replaced my well pump. What Scott did not do is place my Culligan home water treatment system on bypass. As a result, I lost water pressure in my home and had to hire Culligan of New Hampshire to repair the damage that Scott created costing me over $1,000 in repairs. After several phone calls and text messages, Scott came back to my home and all he could say as he was getting back into his truck was **sorry about your plumbing** He took no responsibility. When I called Culligan of New Hampshire they told me **any reputable pump company would have placed the water treatment system on bypass for 3-4 days to prevent sediment from clogging the water treatment system**I would not recommend using Priority Pump company.

"I was sorry that Walter had a pressure problem and went back to his house to see what the problem was. Upon arrival, I hooked a garden hose to the tank to check water quality, the water was quit cloudy and odor of chlorine. When a pump is replaced I hook a garden hose to tank and shut valve to house and explain to the customer that the hose is to be run until water is clear, I have them get a clear glass to show them how cloudy water is and instruct them to check water every 15 minutes till water is clear. After water is clear garden hose can be shut and water can be opened to house. I tell all my customers that if water is opened to house to soon and sediment is still present that it will plug plumbing fixtures and I do not fix plumbing issues. Scott Lyon - Priority Pump"
