Stacy recommended additional insulation overhead, and poly moisture barrier in crawl space below cottage. We already planned to replace two old sliding glass doors, one with a casement windown and the other with a new slider, and to upgrade to a more efficient Rennai propane fueled, computer controlled heater. Both we and Stacy submitted forms to the Maine Energy Efficiency Program and we received the maximum cash rebate for the category of work we had done. What can I say? Overall it went very well, indeed.
