They only recommend what you need. They have a loaner car service for free. They have earned my trust over the years. Their prices are reasonable.

They checked the vehicle to see that it had nothing  wrong with it- and they found that it had some wrong that had to be fixed. They are awesome. We will use them in the future, we love them.

They have great service and great prices. I can trust them. I've used them multiple times.

Gene called me about my online request for an estimate. He took my car
in right away and solved an electrical problem and inspected my car. I
was at Vul Tech for 45 minutes maximum. This service is highly
recommended! A+ service without a doubt!!

It went great! They were upfront with their pricing, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they applied an online discount to the bill.

Took my car in to get inspected two days ago, my first contact with this company. Needed new tires, which did not surprise me. I had already planned to order tires through Tire Rack and get them installed by another place recommended by them. Vulc tried to sell me tires, which I found somewhat annoying but inevitable, and they weren't too bad about it. I checked prices, and it turned out Vulc's was actually better (after shipping and installation) than Tire Rack, and Vulc said they'd give me free tire rotation and repairs for life, and do the alignment when they put the tires on, so I went with Vulc. And they had the tires I wanted in stock.
When I got in to have the tires put on, I said and quot;I have an appointment for tires at 10am.and quot; and quot;and lt;confirmationand gt;and quot; and quot;You said you'd do the alignment too, right?and quot; and quot;and lt;confirmationand gt;and quot;
Later, he said and quot;Do you want him to do the alignment if it needs it?and quot; I said and quot;Yes.and quot; Thinking and quot;You said you'd do it for free, of course I'd like you to.and quot; I was thinking he was asking if I had time to wait for him to do it or something.
Then he charged me $54.95 (after a and quot;$20 discountand quot;) for the alignment he said he'd give me for free.
This was the same guy I was talking to each time. Older guy, seemed to run the place.
I believe good work was done for good prices. I believe the alignment was needed - my car had a slight wobble at highway speeds before which I don't think it has now. But I was charged $54.95 for something I was told would be free, exactly the kind of garbage I come to Angie's List to avoid.
All the good reviews for this place makes me wonder how many other people had the same kind of experience and just told themselves and quot;No, I must have just misunderstood.and quot; I didn't misunderstand. I'm guessing he'd rationalize it by saying he meant he'd just *check* my alignment, and I think that's really dishonest. Especially since the same language was used when I asked this morning to verify he'd and quot;do the alignmentand quot; when I got there, and when he said and quot;do you want him to do the alignment if it needs it?and quot;

It also bothers me that you have to download and print coupons from their website to get decent prices on a lot of things.
And I wish Angie's List had a more relevant rating category, something like and quot;honestyand quot;.

They are very good, professional and fast. They were responsive and did good work.

I have been using them for seven or eight years and I think they are very good. The price is competitive. It is so far to find a garage that you trust.

We have been dealing with them for the past 20 years and have always been very pleased with the service received. We have been very comfortable with any work recommended and have never felt that they were trying to force us to have any non required work to be done. We have recommended several friends to this business and they have all been very happy with the service received.

The process was easy, with no problems. Since they keep good digital records of all the work they do, they told me the work would be free without having to even ask.
