A large project to put final top coat of pavement over existing base coat [binder] on our private condo development roads. Work included: initial sweeping and emulsion coating all existing roads, COMPLETE rework [strip down to native earth, add and compact gravel, install enhanced subsurface drainage. binder coat and wear coat] of one developer installed road that was failing, laser assisted re-pitching of surface for drainage, design and installation of ground water interceptor to stop winter road icing, exposing and reconstructing developer "burried" storm water manholes. ALL workers were very professional, polite and always pleasant to work with. Residents were always accommodated during the process, and access tie-ups minimized. Work site was always cleaned up and put in good order at the end of the day for this multi-week effort. The principals [Bob Bushnell and his foremen] and the workers themselves worked with us as partners, not just contractors, to improve difficult drainage issues and insure a professional result. They readily worked with our engineers and the Town's DPW and had the equipment and skills to do the work.
