I called this company the morning of a big storm and they scheduled me for the same day. They ended up coming about an hour later than they originally said but they kept me up to date on when they could make it. When they arrived they quickly assessed the situation (we've had a lot of snow and it's definitely taken its toll and caused some leaking in the home). They were willing to work with us on what we wanted to spend and what needed to be done. Once the price and work load was agreed upon the got right to work. They cleared about 3 feet of snow off the roof, channeled through the ice dams and cleaned up all the snow they dropped into the driveway within a couple hours (there were 3 guys here working). I was very happy with the work and service we were provided (the leaking stopped almost instantly too). I would definitely call them again in the future!
