We started using their services mid summer and have been pleased so far. They show up and treat the yard monthly and we have seen some improvements. We are looking forward to the spring and will report back as that is when the real results should been seen.

They come and do their thing and put the bill on the door. They don't make an appointment. We signed up for a year and they come and put lime, fertilizer, bug killer or whatever chemicals are needed. We don't interact with them at all.They will send us a bill sometime during the winter to sign up for the following year. They seem to do well in the bug control and things like that.
