Very well! I contacted him DURING the power outage and the initial expectation that he set was that it may be a couple of days before he could stop by due to the demand for services at that time. However, he was able to come by the same day to hook me up. We now have the piece of mind that a certified electrician set us up with a generator solution in the event of a future power outage. In addition, he advised us on options to minimize costs. For example, he called the electric company to come by and fix damage resulting from an ice storm. He "could" have done it, at a cost. However, the electric company does it for free!
