I have been a Sam's Club member in 2 other states, other than NH, for several years. This Sam's Club branch in Hudson, NH is the worse I ever seen in any retail store when it comes to customer satisfaction and sale warranty. In fact, I am going to discontinue my membership because of the way this branch store general manager treated me as a customer. I bought 4 new tires and the store general manager refused to replace 2 tires that were damaged due to road hazard under the terms of the tires warranty that I bought from Sam's Club. If you want to buy tires from this store, then make sure that Sam's Club warranty terms are well explained to you and read all the fine print. I will NEVER again go to this Sam's Club store at 7 Wal-Mart Blvd in Hudson, NH.
