After having several other companies not show up or even respond to calls, Mark came and gave me an on the spot estimate, I hired him. Work started the following week and was done in 2 days. Very professional, honest, and friendly. Id hire again in a heart beat!!!

Darren and Cory, the actual installers, were fabulous! Attention to detail - flawless. They hung my basement rec room ceiling in 2 days. They had to compensate for some oddities and uneven walls. They did a great job! Mark, the owner, was prompt providing the quote and explained things when asked. My only complaint... I would have liked to be told to cover furniture with drop clothes ahead of time. Would have saved on some cleanup from tile dust.

Mark came to our home to put a drop ceiling in, and he was finished in just a few hours. He was extremely professional and very helpful in starting to plan future projects with us. We are trying to get a lot of projects done in our home at once, and this company is the ONLY one who hasn't given us any grief. I would highly recommend using Deschenes Acoustics for all your drop ceiling needs. I wish he did floors and plumbing, too! lol.

I am very picky about the quality of both my work and a contractors. Deschenes Acoustics did a fantastic job. The ceiling looks great. It is nice when a contractor shows up when they say and calls you back when you have a question. They did both. Cleaned up all the scrap material at the end of the day leaving the job site as they found it. Highly recommend Mark and his crew.

Excellent experience with a great outcome. We had an older tile ceiling replaced in one room of our home. We met with a company representative who answered our questions and gave suggestions before contracting the work. Older homes can be a challenge because of the age and irregularity of structure. We admired the attractive placement of the acoustic tile in the finished ceiling. We plan on hiring them again.

The office called to let me know when the contractor would arrive....awesome! The installer took plenty of time advising us re the best place for the ceiling..we took his suggestions and I'm glad we did. The ceiling looks wonderful. We had actually thought we could tackle this job ourselves...Thank Goodness we didn't. We recommend this company without reservation!
