Tony Dionne oversaw all the renovation personally. We were relocating to the united states from Europe, and could not personally manage the work until an entire month went by. During that time Tony averaged 20-25 workers a day doing extensive drywall, ceiling, demolition, and exterior facia replacement. Tony is very conscientious and regularly posted dozens of pictures a day on iPhoto sharing, which was important because of how quickly decisions were made to keep the pace of the work flying forward. It was a great comfort to our family that Tony had our backs and had such pull among the local trades that he could keep the street in front of the house lined with workers trucks. He was a trustworthy advisor, and kept all his subs in line. We didn't realize at the time of purchase just how much work was needed, and thankfully at every step of removing the rot, carpenter ants, and animal waste, Tony kept the job moving constantly forward.
