Nice guys but don't waste your money on their HVAC talent. Our split system has not been working since day 1 of install , 2 seasons ago. They've been out numerous times and can't figure it out. It shouldn't be warmer inside vs. outside when any ac is running. I got a song and dance about it has to be running always . We tried that.....still didn't work. They came back out and said yep it was low on coolant. Couple weeks later not working again......clearly a leak. Came back several times after that. Came out twice this season and the last time they were here while we were at work and I came home to the unit running and all the windows open with no note and no reply to calls and texts of what the status was. Now we have a hot house with an infant and need to spend another $5400 to have it done correctly. Not to mention a similar series of events with 3 Brothers and my father in laws warehouse AC

Aside from the price of service it went well. They were relatively on time and seemed to know what they were doing. During the phone call I was told it would probably cost me around 100 dollars. During the service they replaced a small part for the cost of $228 in addition to an $89 dollar diagnostic fee. They said it was an expensive part. I looked online and I could not see where that price was justified. I found multiple equivalents for under thirty dollars. So, $327 to replace a part that sells for less than thirty dollars and less than twenty minutes on the job site. Now, I know they had to travel but I can not feel good about that overall cost given the degree of difficulty.
