Unfortunately, this company was difficult to deal with from start to finish. They called to reschedule the appointment from late afternoon to morning for their convenience (not a huge deal), but then called that morning to say they were running late, which required us to switch back to the original time. They called 1.5 hours before the appointment to ask to be paid in cash. They did not show up at the appointed time or call to say they were running late, and I finally called them a half hour later (at 6pm) to cancel. I did not hear from them until half an hour after that. The owner of the company was irate over my cancellation even after I explained the circumstances. He did not accept any responsibility for the lack of professionalism of his staff (asking to be paid in cash, scheduling an appointment time rather than an appointment window, which might have cut down on some of the confusion about when they were coming). He told me that he was sending me a bill for cancelling the appointment and that if I had a problem with my stove, I had better not call them because they wouldn't help me.
