Professional, on time, good cleanup.

I called Tombs on the advice of a friend who had previously used their services. I called Tombs and they said they might not be able to come out for a couple of days but the called back later and came later that afternoon. The technician replaced the cables and made some other adjustments. The door seemed to be working properly when he left. I raised the door to leave the next day but It got stuck again going down. I called Tombs again and they came out within an hour. They adjusted the tension on the spring and a few other things and it has been working properly since. I was not charged for the second visit. All their people were polite and professional and explained what they were doing. I would hire them again and I am PICKY !

They were on time and explained what needed to be done.  Fixed the problem by replacing the cable and realigned the door.  I had them replace some rusty rails which they had to have someone from the shop run the parts out to my house.  Professional and  they got the job done in under 2 hours.   I would definitely call them again.  

They are fantastic. They come immediately to solve the problem. They got the job done fast and were great.
