Scheduled an appointment during my original phone call, polite and professional. Appointment was about 10 days out, but they called 3 days early when a time slot opened up. Very Covid responsible, clean, and knowledgeable. Good quality product available at appointment. Job was complete within a short time and we are very happy with the replacement.

Terrible. The 'technician' that came out immediately needed to call his boss which caused me to be concerned. He played with the vent on a radiator that always worked and increased water pressure at the furnace. After he was done, I had no heat in that radiator plus lost heat to 3 more upstairs. I have since had to hire another company to come out for work on the system. I did not feel comfortable with technician's knowledge or skills. I also did not like the quote of $180/hour labor charges.

He was very thorough, honest and did a good job when he was out with the toilet and tried to get into the pipes and made a good recommendation and they gave us a discount on the service.

Our installation was a breeze. The techs were knowledgeable and professional. They did a great job and were as concerned with how it looked as well as how it worked. They walked us through the operating instructions and answered all our questions before they left. We’ll definitely use Proactive Comfort again!

They did a very good job in instaling a new electric water heater. They disconnected the lines from the defective tankless hot water oil boiler for the hot water. However, once I turned on the heat a few weeks ago, there was no heat. They came back, purged the line and charged me for that service, and they recommended a new boiler due to corrosion. I asked for a written estimate, they never responded despoite calling thier office several times. It appears that because I asked for another opinion through Angie’s list / another web site they did not like it. They would not provide an estimate. I do not recommend doing business with them. They seem to discriminate against customers who want another opinion or estimates. In my opinion, they think they are the pros and they should not be questioned. I would think at least for courtesy, they would respond specialty for a customer who did business with them.

When I first did a search for a plumber and described the job, I got a call directly from Ally. The office staff is good, they were professional and met the date that I needed the work done and did a lot of follow up which I have not seen with other companies so. It was such a pleasure to have someone care about your small need. Dave Pierce was the plumber and he was fantastic! He communicated the repair details well and the cost was about what I expected so no surprise. I would recommend this company to anyone, they care about their business to service anyone.
