I was very pleased with Jordan. He even helped me determine the cause and treatment of a horrific odor that was scaring potential tenants away. He did a variety of projects which included more than the options offered above. He also installed doors, repaired water damage on ceiling, replaced and repainted sheet rock and installed a bunch of missing items. He is flexible and his experience as a landlord is helpful.
