Great service by Todd and the Folks at Goodale! They took the time to listen to my concerns, called me within 4 hours with a diagnosis, gave a very fair repair price, and offered me options to buy more expensive (Camagnolo) parts on my own! They actually rode the bikes themselves to elicit the problems, and thus were able to pin them down. I will be working with these folks for a long time to come!
