 + -1 moreGreat service by Todd and the Folks at Goodale! They took the time to listen to my concerns, called me within 4 hours with a diagnosis, gave a very fair repair price, and offered me options to buy more expensive (Camagnolo) parts on my own! They actually rode the bikes themselves to elicit the problems, and thus were able to pin them down. I will be working with these folks for a long time to come!
Description of Work: Diagnose and Repair of one Shimano Groupset MTN bike, and one Campagnolo Groupset Roadbike: Both have had ongoing problems that another shop was unable to fix (despite much money spent on parts and labor).
