Although my relationship with ARM started a bit rocky, in the end I was very happy with the service provided. After a ARM technician replaced a fan, the noise level in the surrounding rooms increased to a point where I wondered if I could sell the house. I got the impression from the technician who installed the fan and was told by another company's technician there probably wasn't anything I could do. But, Mike G, from ARM, was able to lower the noise to a tolerable level by reducing the vibration from the attached pipe by making small adjustments including re-positioning the fan, removing old clamps and adding foam. He patiently answered all my questions and explained what he was doing throughout the diagnostic. Although the noise problem was resolved, the radon level was still 10.8 pCi/L so ARM returned (with the original technician and Keith to add a second suction point. . I was very happy with their work. The pipes were placed in a way that is an unobtrusive as possible, are securely fastened and as I learned, have the right pitch. Before the installation, Keith explained what they did to determine where they thought the suction point should be, and after must have been a long day for them, made me feel it was important that all my questions were answered. My radon level is now .6 pCi/L! My only complaint is that it takes a long time to get appointments and for two of the visits they were a few hours late.. The cost of service is for the 3 visits which were 11/9/18, 12/26/18, and 1/30/19 and includes the cost of the fan.

Amazingly well. I spoke with Keith first thing in the morning and he was here at three pm to replace a faulty fan. To top things off the fan was under warranty. They did diagnostics to prove the system was working after the repair and were on their way. This was just unbelievable service. I would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent contractor! Owner, who made the first visit to scope out the job - along with the installer, were both extremely professional, honest and courteous. Job was done for exactly the amount of the estimate - and was done extremely well using high quality parts (stainless steel lag screws and brackets outside, for example) - with a 5 year warranty on the fan. Very, very satisfied.

Installers were fast not just for survey of work to be done, but gave estimated turn around time for install. They showed up early and on time. Did not have to chase after them to get dates and times. The survey to do work and description of what was to be done was exact. The installers knew just what needed to be done and explained the process again before starting work. Which was great. After installation they showed me the work performed. Where they had to cut and how they sealed the system and my basement. I was told how to maintain and monitor the system as well as given a warranty. They explained they would assist if levels did not come down to a satisfactory level which gave me peace of mind.

Nice to work with a company that understands quality and customer service from the initial quote right through the final installation. They provided thorough explain action of what was needed and why during the quoting process. The installation process was first class. The installers called ahead with an estimated time of arrival. Once they were here they provided an overview of what they were going to do and got to it. The final product was functional as well as aesthetically pleasing. The job site was cleaner than they found it.

We recently purchased a house in Goffstown, and discovered the radon level in the water was extremely high: 42,000 pCl. This left us looking for a mitigation system. We found two local options, Atlas Water Systems and Advanced Radon Mitigation.
The initial quotes came back with Advanced Radon being about $2K less than Atlas. I usually go by the 'you get what you pay for' motto, but after Chris from Advanced Radon came out to look over the situation, I felt pretty confident that I was making the right decision, and saving a considerable amount of money in the process.Chris had come out to survey the site and make a recommendation on a system. Our initial water tests had, in addition to high radon, pretty high iron levels, which I guess is not good for the radon system. However, we had been running the water for several weeks following this, so Chris re-tested on site, and discovered the iron levels had dropped enough that a water softening system would not be needed. I thought that was a great sign - knowing I had iron in the water, he could have easily just thrown in the softening system with the radon system (another $1,800), but he recommended against it. This had me sold.
So, the guys came out on Friday, right on time, and spent 5-6 hours here doing the installation. With the install, it was necessary to put some holes in the house's brand new walls, which was unfortunate, but they certainly did it with the absolute minimal damage. All wires and hoses were setup very neatly and easy to figure out. They gave me a run through of the system and maintenance needs, and referred to their website for some additional details to reference later on.
So, putting in a $4K radon system wasn't exactly on my Christmas wish list, having to do it, I was extremely pleased with the outcome, and would highly recommend using Advanced Radon Mitigation.

I recently bought a house which was detected with radon in the water. I called ARM. They sent someone out to quote and provided a date for installation. Cory and Jarrad came to the house on time. They worked together to install the system and actually found an issue in the heating system which they repaired!
After the installation, they spent 15 minutes with me explaining the system and where to obtain further information.
