The job process went as smooth as possible. SERVPRO took care of the sewage loss, while at the same time, making me feel comfortable in my home during this difficult time. SERVPRO took care of the situation, like it never even happened.

We called ServPro of Nashua, whom we have used before. The whole crew from Servpro couldn't have been kinder or more careful with our home and belongings. Kevin Lee (the owner) said that because the water was clean and had remained cold, he thought he could save the carpet and much of the furniture. They got the standing water out quickly, then removed most of the drywall and insulation. They built a drying chamber for our furniture and used powerful heated fans and dehumidifiers to dry everything out. Servpro was able to save almost every piece of furniture and all of the carpeting except the pad. They did what seemed impossible.
