I had purchased an existing 30 year old home and during the home inspection it was noted that the distribution box (d-box) and t-baffle would need to be replaced in the septic system.  I had taken it on my own to have these items repaired after the closing.   After the closing, I went about and got 3 different quotes from local septic service companies, in the end I went with Capstone Land Services.  I'm really happy that I chose Capstone as they were professional, courteous and explained the entire job to me in terms I could understand.
We first met to give me a free estimate on the work that I was looking to have done.  They followed up with me within a day to give me the estimate.  In comparing the quotes I felt that all 3 companies would do a good job but after meeting with Capstone I felt that I was going to get a personal touch, with high quality.  Capstone showed up on the day of job on the agreed upon time.  They walked me thru all of the changes that they were going to do.  During the job I was able to see the deteriorated  d-box and t-baffle which made me feel 100% happy that I was getting this work done.  They explained the installation of the filter on the t-baffle and how I could clean it out on an annual basis.  When the repairs were done the disturbed area was leveled and groomed and a layer of loam was reapplied to the entire area.  It's been 2 months now since the repairs were done and there have been no issues and all is working as expected.  I would highly recommend Capstone Land Services for any septic service needs.
