They sent out a very nice guy. Once he realized what the issue was, he said he was unable to fix. He left with it detached and left my house. They still charged me $330.90 and did not even fix the toilet. So I had to then call a different plumber to come do the work for an additional $250. I talked to a very nice woman at AGS when I called after the fact, she said she would look into it, but I never heard anything back from her. I then got the bill of $330.90.
