 + -1 moreOur realtor gave us several names including Mr Seace. We met with him and felt confident. We also asked for -- and checked -- his references, which were all very positive. Mr Seace was professional, knowledgeable, reliable, and organized. He and his crew (about 5 men) did an outstanding job, and didn't require any oversight. Everything was done on schedule. They "prepped" thoroughly -- protected our furniture, removed wall-plates, taped off radiators etc, and sealed off the work area to contain fumes. They did a thorough job with no mistakes. They had all the necessary tools and equipment. Clean-up job was great -- they even left us some fans for a couple days to help ventilate -- and we haven't seen any errant paint-drips. My husband and I are very pleased. We would definitely hire Mr Seace again, and would recommend him to others.
Description of Work: Project was to oil-prime and paint seven rooms in our home, including a tall atrium. This was an unusual project -- we'd had a different painter paint these rooms several months earlier, but the paint batch was defective and had an odor, so the paint manufacturer agreed to pay for another painter to seal in the odor and redo the paint job. The job was simple -- paint only the walls and ceilings, no trim and no repair-work.
