I found Bob O’Neill on this site. I had been looking for a computer guy and took a chance on him. He answered my phone call and we set up a date for him to come to my house the next day. He was prompt, diagnosed the problems, answered all my questions and returned within 24 hours to add additional memory to my computer. My computer is running without any glitches--and much faster. His price was definitely fair and I have already recommended him to someone else. I am glad to know he is a guy I can call in the future!
