Chandelier was reattached. Technician did inspection and tests on dimming issue, determined it to be Eversource feed coming into the house. New, better quality lamps ordered.

Called Parsons a month ago about having three hard-wired smoke detectors replaced in our home. I was given the usual thing I hear from all home contractors these days, "We're busy, we'll put you on the waiting list, it'll be a while," over a month ago, and no communication since. I used Parsons about 5 years ago for a small job and found them prompt, reasonably priced and honest. I was so hoping we could use them again, but in the face of zero customer service and no apparent interest in our job, I will look elsewhere. I can't imagine why Parsons stays on Anges' List, if they're too busy to even call people back or let them know if they can even do the work.

This a professional and local electrical contractor you can count on to get the job done. They have excellent attention to detail, and were on time and courteous at our home on each scheduled work day. They were careful working with old plaster walls when installing new outlets and switches and running new wire from the basement to the floors above. I will definitely use them again and I do highly recommend them.

Professional, punctual and reasonably priced. The worker also pointed out a problem with the sewer pipe rusting out in the crawl space, which would have become a much larger problem and mess if he did not tell us about it.

Price included Panasonic Bathroom exhaust fan, wall mount. New switches, cutting hole in wall and routing wiring about six feet. Jim's team was prompt, explained to me how they would do the work. They completed the work in the time they estimated and cleaned up nicely. It looks and works great. Nice guys to talk with as well. This is not the first job, more like third, but the most recent performed by Parson's Electric. Once, after a major storm, we lost power so the basement flooded without the sump pumps. What a mess. The power came back on but the basement power did not. I called Parson's, the team was out helping others, but they got to us within 60 minutes or so and found the problem, fixed it and got our pumps going within 15 minutes. Timely, quality work at a fair price. You can trust Parson's Electric for your electrical work.

All of the projects went very well. The electricians were all great and I am very pleased with everything.

I've used them before and they've been very good. They were courteous and on time. Their prices seem reasonable and they do a good job. I've had no problems. If I need an electrician again, I'd use him.

Jim is professional and knowledgeable. We spoke at length about the benefits and negatives of a programmable thermostat. He scheduled a time to do the work, arrived on time, and completed the work in a reasonable amount of time. Left my home clean too.
