Things turned out pretty good. I was not crazy about the guy who came out. I interviewed him about a month before the project and told him how important it was for him to get in and out but he did not show up when he was supposed to; I was just not impressed with him. I think the price was fair.

"Angies List called these people and fabricated a report A YEAR AFTER THE WORK WAS DONE. As you can see, it was transcribed from a phone interview. Really? Angies List is a sham and people should stay very far from them. DO NOT let them con you into giving them money. Most reports on Angies List are from people complaining because it is so easy to just write bad things about people. Do your due diligence, get references, word of mouth, etc."

I thought their work was superior and their service was lousy. They quoted me a price for the thick rock wall and then they tried to increase it by 30%. I said no to it and that was where we got into the service problems. Once they quote something, they shouldn’t change the price. Altogether it cost probably about $3000. I would not use them again in the future.

"This client told us he was getting a specific stone and changes the material. He shorted the order on the brick and then did not get enough cap to finish the job. We had to go back just to finish the wall which was a breach of agreement and liable to a return trip charge WHICH WE DID NOT CHARGE. Then he wanted us to come back AGAIN and yelled at me personally when I said he should be liable for a return trip charge."

Super Floorz, Hampton, NH, 03842, 603-926-3939 We had water damage from the winter storms. We first hired another construction crew to come in but they were messy and soiled our carpet on the stairs.We called Super Floorz to come and clean that carpet for $79.00 and they pointed out issues that the current contractor was creating. We decided to fire the other guys and hired Super Floorz. They repaired our ceiling and wall, installed all new hardwood on the first level and replaced all the carpet in the basement (including tiling the bath floor and shower area). It all took less than 2 weeks but the weather did not help anything. Amazing crew, very professional and neat and they earned $12,000 in business from a simple cleaning job. (They didnt charge us for the cleaning!)
