They do not pay their help.

The absolute WORST cleaning company ever. Not professional, RUDE people.
I scheduled a day for my 3 rooms to be cleaned. They cancel the same day I was scheduled
using some lame excuse. Finally I get to reschedule and made plans to stay at home from work
for the time being. Two men showed up to clean my kitchen, great room and office space.
They were "done" in 30 minutes and by the time I realized they were gone. I go to the kitchen and the stow
is dirty, the dirty dishes in the sink, outside of the appliances still greasy, blinds full of dust, and more...
I called the company back within 5 minutes to question about the cleaning. They said they would
try contacting the cleaners and call me back. I didn't hear anything so I called them again. Same answer.
The third time I tried calling around 5pm last night they hung up the phone ?!!????!? Really?
I want my money back. and I will definitely follow through.
DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!

I will not hire this company again because of the lack of professionalism in the way they handled the situation. I had to take them to court to retrieve any compensation for my loss, which took 18 months to finally settle. The final outcome was to settle for a fraction of the cost of my heirlooms.

My mother had bought me a housecleaning to get my home ready for the holidays since I was ill.  She had a coupon for My Maids.  I assumed that more than one person was going to come but it was only one woman.  She arrived after 1 PM and told me she would be done by 4 or 5 PM.  She called me at 3:50 PM and said she was done.  She did not perform half the cleaning that she was supposed to.  She never touched any of the ceiling fans or hanging light fixtures.  The refrigerator was not cleaned on the outside.  Not dusting of baseboards, etc.  Very disappointing.  I would never hire them again.
