After a phone consult and photos of my electrical panel that I sent, Mark figured out what would work for me, and It required parts that he ordered ahead of time and brought with him. After the outlet was installed (no small feat as my panel was full and required some rearranging) Mark took a fair amount of time giving the run through on how to store and start my generator, even what kind of gas treatment to buy, and how to hook it up and run it efficiently. He took the time to explain everything about the operation before he left to make sure I understood the sequence of steps to shut off the power and plug in the generator.
Mark is what you want every contractor to be-decent, honest guy, dependable and completely professional. I would highly recommend him and use him again.
