He installed the $4000 piece of granite UPSIDE DOWN He admitted to making this decision without contacting us to get our opinion or permission to alter our plan. On our original invoice it mentions the veining is to go on the top. just prior to cutting we met with Paul Eno to go over the piece and make sure he understood how it was to be oriented. He did understand where we wanted the veining and he just put it As he said "The way he wanted it" He "never even considered checking with us " We were flabbergasted! We spend more than $23000 at Eno's We expected an honest job and courteous treatment. Wrong on both counts. We asked him to make it right and he said "NO never under any circumstances" It was "too expensive" And we can just like it or lump it. He knew what was right. We are currently spending $1000's To make this right.
Description of Work: He was to prep cut and install granite on a 4.5 x 9 foot shower wall. The piece of granite was to be oriented so the unusual beautiful veining was at eye level
