Called C-Shore to have them investigate an issue our tenants were having with their refrigerator. While I was not able to get someone on the phone right away, they did return my call within about an hour and promptly went out to take a look at the refrigerator. He coordinated with our tenant and was able to diagnose the issue quickly. Parts were ordered, arrived and installed within 48 hours. Really no complaints. The service cost seemed reasonable and the work was done promptly. Most important, our tenants were happy with the outcome.
