I had worked with this company for my first home buying purchase and didn't remember anything outstanding about it, but nothing bad about it either. We are ready to buy a new home and tried to start the pre-qualification process with the same person, whom we thought knew what he was talking about. Not only did he basically tell us what we wanted to do was a terrible idea, but we also contacted him and he just stopped responding. Terrible customer service. I will keep looking!

Description of Work: Gave me a quote on a refi for a 15/20/30 yr fixed rate. I agreed on the 20yr fixed no closing cost rate they gave. Over 3 months later we finally are ready to close and at closing we learn we are paying $5,000 in closing costs. We called the loan officer in charge of this, which happens to be one of the Presidents of the company, and we are told by him "I'm on vacation and will look at it on Monday". He had 3 months to make sure this refi was going smoothly but ignored it and at my closing still had no idea as to what I was signing since he would have to look at it the following week. The worst customer service! I originally wanted an additional $5000 added to my loan to get the house painted. I am now paying the $5000 over 20yr with no cash to get that service done. Blue Water used that money on a 20yr "no closing cost rate". Please use another company if you're looking for a loan. This is by far the worst!!
