This business is not the most professional place to go. I had worked with this company for my first home buying purchase and didn't remember anything outstanding about it, but nothing bad about it either. We are ready to buy a new home and tried to start the pre-qualification process with the same person, whom we thought knew what he was talking about. Not only did he basically tell us what we wanted to do was a terrible idea, but we also contacted him and he just stopped responding. Terrible customer service. I will keep looking!
