Art was great! This was a really small job, but he got back to me right away. He came out on a Saturday and took a look at my situation. I needed to replace the valves feeding my washer and also had him install a shut off for my garden hose while he was here. Art got the job done quickly and for less than I expected. A great "old-school" plumber! I would highly recommend.

Called him and explained the problem. Told him I needed help ASAP and he said he would be there in 20 minutes. He was prompt, courteous and professional. I would recommend him to anyone that needs plumbing services.

Art was amazing.  He returned my call within 30 minutes, arrived within an hour, had the necessary part with him, and within half an hour stopped the leak.  I was particularly impressed with his quick callback, as most of the other plumbers I had tried to reach did not even return my call.

He is an older gentleman who seemed to know what he was doing. If we wanted to really customize what we wanted we would have had to wait longer because of working with supply houses, so we opted for doing it quickly rather than getting what we really wanted.

The price was apparently extravagant. We won't use him again. He is supposed to be fully licensed in order to do this work and he said he was, but we are not sure. We didn't ask for any proof. After he did the work, we had to have it redone because the stove had to be exchanged and the fellow that brought the new stove asked us why they hadn't brought down the pipe to the level where the stove was against the wall so the pipe could fit in the cavity in the back. He said that it should certainly have been done. All in all we were not too pleased. We don't think there is anything wrong with what he said, but we wouldn't call him again. The people that sold us the stove suggested that we find a licensed plumber because it would be much cheaper. We did find out that they would have done the work much cheaper. He should have found out the height of the stove in order to do it right. He did come back to reconnect it and he said that the price was because he had to make two trips.

Art was quick to respond, quick to finish the job, and willing to do additional work that we asked him to do.
