I found Brian Myers of At Home Computer Services on the internet and called him to come and bail me out of some very serious computer problems I had as a result of having used another technician who left me in a mess. What I liked when I called him is that he said "I stand behind my work". The previous guy did not. He came about three days after the call and exactly on time. He did tell me on the phone that if he needed to be late, he would call me. Not just leave me hanging. My PC was barely running. He fixed about 6 different unrelated software problems and got my computer running smooth and fast in record time. One problem was that I had a defective drive. The previous technician never figured that out even after many hours working to fix it. On top of all that, Brian was personable and funny as heck.
