This review applies to the owner of the company Lee.  We asked for estimates on pool coping, retaining walls, and pavers around our new pool and under our deck.  Immediately upon receiving and reviewing the quotes we informed him we could not afford all his services.  We hired him to install bull nose concrete coping on our brand new pool along with two retaining walls.  I was surprised at how quickly the job was completed. I informed the owner that I was very unhappy with the pool coping and pointing out several areas of concern. The cuts were terrible in the corners.  The sides of the coping were uneven and out of whack.  If you rubbed your hand along the inside of the pool in certain areas in was very uneven and rough.  It was also uneven on the top of the coping.  So if  a litte person was walking along the coping they could easily stub a toe. There were also chips out of several of the pieces.  We attempted to discuss the matter several times with the owner.  We were looking for him to fix the coping and cut the corners in a different manner.  During our meeting today I attempted to ask him if he could sand or grind down the rough edges to make them safe.  We also had pictures to show how we would like the corners of the pool coping fixed.  However, Lee became very belligerent and would not listen.  When I asked to see an invoice for grading material used for prep to install the pavers, (a service I did not hire him to perform), but he did anyway and billed me for he stomped off and said, "I will see you in court." I paid this man over $10,000 and held back the last $1,000 until he fixed the problems with the coping. All I wanted was a job well done for a job well paid. In addition the grass next to my shed was completely trashed by his equipment and my driveway was damaged.

They are very approachable, easy to talk to and are willing to make changes as we go along. They are a small company so it makes it easy for me to work with them and not get lost with the hustle of many people. They are always hardworking as well.
