We've been using them for years. We called them one day, they showed up the next. They were right on target. They did the work and were in and out. We had no problem.

all went VERY well, he completed extra for us with no issues or hefty charges. He cleaned up after himself and made sure all was working properly prior to leaving, he also completed work on a Saturday so I would not have to loose time at work
