Lynch Pellet Stove

Tom, came and cleaned and inspected our pellet stove. We are very happy with the service we received. Tom is very personable and professional, he also took the time to answer all our questions.

Lynch and his assistant were able to provide same-day service. They charge extra for "emergency service" like this, but it was very worth it for us. His voicemail message asks you to text him for urgent service, so I texted and heard back from his assistant immediately. They were able to come to our house that afternoon. We had used another company to service the pellet stove last year, and Lynch provided much better service. He cleaned everything thoroughly, including parts the other company hadn't cleaned, and he also explained things about the proper maintenance and functioning of our stove that we'd never known. He was able to fix the problem. I will absolutely call him for any future pellet stove service, repair, or installation needs.

I called Tom Lynch for my pellet stove problem. He returned my call promptly and scheduled a visit only a few days later. He thoroughly cleaned my pellet stove, and was able to show me how to clean the air intake myself between annual cleanings. He saved me from installed a new auger motor by showing me that the necessary cleaning was the true cause of my problem. He was prompt, professional, explained things well, and was reasonably priced. Will plan to hire Tom again for my pellet stove needs.

We recently found Lynch Pellet Services on Angie's List and couldn't be more please that we did! Our pellet stove had stopped working and we had a feeling it was the main power board causing the problem. We gave them a call on Thursday and by Monday afternoon Tom was at our home to fix our problem. After looking at our stove he agreed it was the main power board, so he gave the company he gets his parts from a call and gave us an estimate. By Wed. afternoon he was back with the part in hand...unfortunately the part did not fit but Tom was not satisfied with that. To try and save us some money he took the original part home to tinker with it and see if he could try and fix it before reordering and waiting for a new part again. Tom arrived back Thurs. with our original part in hand...fixed...and saving us tons of money!! We are extreamly grateful for Tom, his knowledge, service, generosity, and the fact that he cares so much about the well being of his customers! Tom went above and beyond to help us out and we are very thankful for that! We would highly recommend Lunch Pellet Services to anyone!! 5 STARS!!

I was at my wits end with my pellet stove. I had called other pellet stove services and they all said they didn't fix that brand and that the problem sounded like it would result in a new pellet stove. When I called Lynch Pellet Stove Services, they came out and diagnosed the issue. They swapped out a part and the stove ran brand new. The part had a minimal cost and his service rate was still lower than the other shops. I would definitely refer his services to anyone who needed an experienced pellet stove tech.
