This project was a complete headache. The estimating process was quick but we never received drawings or itemized detail of the planned work and costs. This should have been a warning sign. The promised completion date was June 14 and the project was not completed until July 15. Throughout the process - communication was terrible. There were many promised work dates with no shows and no explanation. These were followed by apologies occasionally or no comment whatsoever. I have never experienced such a terrible lack of communication and accountability for schedule. When work was actually done 1 time every 10 days or so - it was rushed. Materials were placed on our grass (killing it). Clean up was average. The final project quality was also average. The work was pretty much complete but there are many minor open issues for me to finish myself. Examples: areas to caulk, poly sand, paint, etc. Also, there are permanent blemishes on some of the brick stair areas. I would not recommend ever using this company. When I reached extreme frustration I did a google search and found 3 better business bureau complaints on this company.
