 + 3 moreThe price using this technique is very good, and the building is plenty adequate for its purpose and should last at least 30yrs. Dream Barns are very willing to accommodate 'custom' needs, like doors, window types, roof pitch to match house etc. Construction went smoothly and quickly. It's not the highest quality work, but this is just a basic pole barn! Dream Barns did their own construction, but subcontracted out the concrete and roof work. The rook work was very good, but the concrete much less so. We ended up with a dip in it, and it wasn't tapered toward the doors, so we get standing water and ice in the garage. Dream Barns did respond to add some more ties(to satisfy the building inspector)but have not responded with regards to the concrete floor, hence the 'D' rating above. Overall, we're happy with the job except for the consequences of a badly poured floor.
Description of Work: Built a detached 2-car garage with a slab using low-cost pole barn construction. Excluded excavation and electrical.
