A THIBODEAU PAVING INC

They re-routed my drainage which caused severe icing on the steep driveway. I had a very difficult time getting back in contact with the company to let them know. Once I got them on the phone they told me it was my problem and they wouldn't fix it. I ended up having to hire another company to come and cut through the newly paved driveway to correct the drainage.

They completely repaved my driveway and it went as expected. They did a good job in a very short time.

The job went so well, Mr. and Mrs. Thibodeau came out in the morning and did some prep work, dug out the area for the walkway, added sand and gravel where it was needed, even blew away leaves etc. to clean up the area, and basically got it ready so they could do the paving portion of the job. They were back within 2 hours with a few more people and more heavy equipment, and did the job within 2 - 3 hours exactly as we had wanted it. They were very professional in doing their job, we have no complaints, it was done beautifully. They added at least 2and quot; of asphalt over the existing driveway, the entire driveway was beautifully leveled throughout, including the added width driveway section and the walkway they added to the existing portion. You can tell that they truly care about their work and that they want it perfect before they leave. They went right to the edges of the garage, they even fixed this bad section I had on the side of the garage that had a huge hump in it, they must have added 5 inches of asphalt to level it so well, they even fixed a few large holes in the street, just because they wanted to ??? Then they roped off the driveway, explained to us about not parking on the edges, add some fill to the outside edge to help with breaking off the edges, and to wait a few days before using it, also to put our RV on plywood to evenly distribute the weight better, so it won't hurt the driveway. They were so professional, and helpful, explained everything to us, I would recommend them to all my friends and most importantly - My Family !! This company is Terrific !!
