Called on a Tuesday. The woman I spoke with said she would reach out to the techs and get availability for when they could get someone over - she called back within the hour and said how about first thing tomorrow morning?! 2 technicians arrived the next morning, on schedule, very professional. They fixed 2 of the issues and offered advice on the other 2. Very professional and helpful, not trying to "fix something that isn't broken". They will definitely be my first to call the next time I am in need of an electrician.

Restore electricity to bathroom plugs after they were tripped by a circuit breaker we didn't know they had. The repairman actually went out of his way to give me some advice about a couple of other repairs I was thinking of doing later on, because he thought he hadn't quite earned the company's minimum house call charge for so simple a fix.
