Next time I need a plumber, I'm calling Joe Fabrizio again! Joe did excellent work!! He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He explained my options and didn't sell work that wasn't needed. He was very flexible a working around my schedule. He always showed up on time and did not leave me with messes to clean up. He is very nice and respectful.
Originally he was called for a leak in the bathroom tub. He quickly identified that it wasn't a plumbing problem, but the seal around the tube leaking. He could have charged for unneeded plumbing changes, but was honest and explained what type of work we should look to have done.
We decided since we were going to retile the tube, we would remodel the bathroom. We insisted the contractor use Joe for the plumbing: check the plumbing while the walls were open, update the pipes and heating register, replace the faucets, etc. Everything Joe did worked perfectly and was done timely.
The contractor turned out to be very difficult to work with for me and cost Joe extra time and work. Joe remained professional throughout the entire project. He even rearranged his schedule at the last minute to help me out when the contractor didn't tell Joe the schedule (as the contractor promised he would call Joe to give him the schedule). And he made an emergency call when the contractor hooked up the toilet wrong and it was leaking. Joe was all about taking care of the customer, whatever he needed to do he did expertly with a great attitude. He is very professional, very helpful. As a woman, I always felt comfortable having him in my home.
