I purchased a product that Interstate was supposed to deliver. Rene called to arrange delivery. I provided her 1.5 weekdays during business hours that we would be available for the delivery. She said that she would get back in touch with me, but never did. I escalated it back to the company that I purchased the product from, and Rene called again, this time with a 4 hour Saturday delivery window. Interstate blew off that delivery window and did not attempt to contact me. I again spoke to Rene, who was very rude. She informed me that the driver had not returned the paperwork yet, and she would call me to reschedule, never offering an apology for wasting my time. By Friday, she had not followed up. This is an example of the service that you will receive from Interstate.
