I typically don't go to dealerships for oil changes but I had won a gift certificate for a free lube, oil and filter. It was pretty easy getting an appointment and they go through the vehicle to let you know if any problems are found. What I appreciated is that they treated me as a and quot;payingand quot; customer even though I had a free certificate for their work.
